You took a lot of classes in a lot of different fields, and I am sure you had to digest a lot of theory. Now go out and work in the real world that puts food on the table, money in people's pockets, electricity in the wires, a roof over their heads, gas in their car, makes a hospital available, and provides the other goods and services that people need and desire. Then tell us the story of how doing that can be reconciled with all of those theories.

By the way, I collaborate and cooperate with my co-workers every single work day, or nothing would get done. I try to be compassionate, but if they are not doing their fair share they will hear it from me.
