Yet most of the countries that are actually engaged in internal armed conflict are in Africa. Ethiopia , Nigeria, Mozambique, DR Congo, all of Central Africa, Somalia, Sudan, Libya, Cameroon all have insurgencies or civil wars going on. There is also internal fighting in Yemen, Myanmar, Afganistan, and Syria. So while white people may be more likely to threaten a civil war, they are obviously less likely to do it.
