Yet in Cuba, the government is 100% behind Russia and Vladimir Putin in their invasion of Ukraine because that's their major arms supplier. The common people don't have to worry about that though, because they are not allowed to have a say in anything the government does anyway.

There is a difference between being treated like livestock, and a human being with full agency. Cubans are "happy" because they don't know any better.
