Women broke into the law, medicine, and academe in a big way, but they are being stopped by plumbers , brick masons, and lumberjacks? Maybe women don't really want to do those jobs. The next time you go by a road crew, see if there are any women on it. If there are, I bet they are holding a "Stop/Slow" sign and not a shovel, or the controls of the grader.
