What part of your program to have less poor people are the poor people not going to like? As a public school teacher of at risk kids, I occaisionally went with social workers to the projects to get papers signed, and more often than not, the clients didn't answer their door even though they were obviously in there watching TV and smoking weed. Oh, and their children were in there with them watching them ignore the social worker and their teacher. What's the work around with that, and the many other cultural behaviors that make people poor to begin with?
