No it isn't. What do you think people do at work? I'm a skilled blue collar worker and I have to attend meetings. If it isn't in person it's on Zoom. But it's not a book club. We are actually trying to figure things out that will affect us and others IRL. There's money and responsibilities involved. And yes, youngsters need to learn how to sit still, pay attention, take notes if neccessary, and ask questions if they don't understand something.
