Vena, I treat aeveryone I deal with on a person by person basis, and try to be as fair and polite to each one as can. I can't do any better than that since I'm not getting on board with the anti-racist cult like nonsense a lot of people are spewing these days. We're not living in the 1950s anymore. If you continue with your present beliefs, all I can say is that I doubt there is much progress or happiness in it since it's just another kind of hate.
