Ukraine is using HIMARS to destroy the Daryivskyi Bridge over the Inhulets River, and the Antonivskyi Bridgeover the Dnipro River in preparation for an assault on the strategic city of Kherson. Here's the troubling thing about that. Destroyng the highway bridges will make it difficult for the Russians to supply and reinforce their units holding Kherson, but when the Ukrainians push through Kherson they will be faced with a combat water assault across a wide river to go any futher. Do they even have that capability?

There is also the fact that they are destroying their own infrastructure, and that the people that live in Kherson Oblast are going to be suffereing years of hardship no matter who wins the war.
