This is an excellent list that could apply to making friends in general. It’s a system for judging someone’s character based on a few social interactions and limited information. I would also add that it’s important to observe how the date interacts with strangers, be they servers or someone else waiting in line. Their level of comfort and cordiality with random people is a consideration because it will reveal a lot about their usual demeanor.
