These bad work colleagues, versus the good ones who....are not mentioned. Maybe there aren't any, or possibly they are the member of one of those childish cliques that the author wasn't accepted into. If everyone is a problem, maybe the author should look in a mirror to find the real source of the toxicity. When was the last time they brought donuts to work? My strategy is to win people over and at least let their dealings with me be positive.
