No there isn't. The wing looks like one on a high wing type of aircraft simply because it was easier for the craftsman to make the wing out of a single piece of wood and stick it on the top of the bird body. Have you seen a picture of the earliest aircraft? They look nothing like this. Airplanes only took this shape when they had high powered piston or jet engines, neither of which are visible on this bird statue. They didn't have the metal or the fuel either. We have actual examples and many illustrations of ancient Egyptian boats and chariots, but not aircraft.

I am not trying to imply that the ancient people weren't as smart as we are, because they were. They just knew different things. Anyone who thinks that could possibly be a model of a real flying aircraft from Ancient Egypt couldn't possibly know how difficult it is to build even a fairly simple single engined airplane, and all of the different types of skills, knowledge, and materials involved. Only 19 countries in the world now can build an airplane.
