There is no one's name in the article except for Ellen DeGeneres and the reporter from Buzzfeed. The autistic janitor doesn't appear to have a name either. Most of the information in this essay is from a Buzzfeed article and from some guy on Twitter.

Could it be that Ellen is a complex person, just like every other ACCOMPLISHED person that has ever lived? She certainly has a lot of people working for her, and can't hold everyone's hand. The idea that Ellen DeGeneres is not a good person is ludicrous. She's in show business, but she does things for others and makes them feel good. She doesn't get all of those guests on her show because she's a jerk. This seems like some attempt to FORCE her to be nicer by people who wouldn't hold the door for somebody else. We all have feet of clay. Noted.
