There are many iconic bands out that there that have had over 20 official members, like Sabbath, Skynyrd, Crimson, Tull, and AC/DC, as their careers spanned decades. From Fleetwood Mac, Guitarists Danny Kirwan, Jeremy Spencer, and particularly Bob Welch are also worthy of note. Welch who was the group's lead guitarist and vocalist for the five albums before Fleetwood Mac made them superstars, was shut out of the HOF induction because a lot of people in that business are jerks.
