That happens every single day in institutions, businesses, and even government all over the country. If it didn't, nothing would work. The power would go off and the supermarket would close. Schools and hospitals would be boarded up. Airports would go silent and the gas pumps would be locked. The internet would shut down. Need medicine to live? Tough shit. But the people in those institutions, businesses, and government know each other, and they are formally working together to solve problems. They are not another anonymous rando online. No community problems get solved here, or can be solved here. It's just strangers conducting a giant bull session, and hiding behing the black mirror.
