The USA has a population four times the size of Germany, and a much, much greater cultural diversity, including more poor people and immigrants. We also won the most medals in the 2020 Summer Olympics, so some people are quite healthy. I have visited Europe, but have never lived there, and I think that everywhere anyone can live has advantages and disadvantages, and it's up to the individual to make the best of where they are. I certainly don't want anyone to think that they have to be a big fat unhealthy motionless load because they don't live in Europe.
