The Soviets had an advantage that even the Czarist Russians didn’t have. They received over 400,000 trucks and jeeps, over 7,000 tanks, over 11,000 aircraft, 1.75 million tons of food, and vast supplies of medicine and other material from US Lend-Lease. They also got over 7,000 aircraft, over 5,000 aircraft, and over 15 million pairs of boots from the British, along with many other supplies. Napoleon also didn’t have hundreds of American and British bombers pounding his roads, rail lines, cities, factories, and oilfields every day and night like Hitler did.
