The photo of the man sitting on the steps in what I assume is Grand Central Station implies that some kind of harm was done to him. I'm guessing that the harm may have been caused by a bottle of liquor. No one appears to be bothering him, he has a bottle of water, and his socks are clean. Is he supposed to be somewhere else, doing something else? Who is responsible for that? Is the harm really that we don't want to see someone out in public who doesn't seem to be doing what they are supposed to be doing?
