That was a lot of data and very nice charts, and then it became about your personal tastes and experiences. The idea that people's happiness can be measured either individually or collectively is a bunch of malarkey. Few of the elements are being systematically measured, because they can only be guessed at and are relative for each individual. That everyone has a unique personality is factored into these measurements how? It's pseudo-science.

To make life efficiency "go viral" would be an amazing feat of marketing. Of course the idea is competing against the thousands and thousands of companies that are consciously try to sling their products and services. I bicycle and use public transportation rather than owning a car, and it works for me but it is a hell of a lot harder than driving, especially in the winter. Like it or not, most people are happier when things are easier, and no science is required to measure that.
