That is all great advice, but you can eat a banana split right before you go to bed and sleep great and feel great the next day if you do plenty of exercise the day before. Keep on exercising the day after, and the morning after that will great as well, and so on for as long as you do some good exercise every day. You can’t get around your body’s need to move around if you want to feel good all the time without taking some sort of medication.
Also, going to sleep drunk will almost certainly result in an unpleasant morning after.
