So first you build up people's anxiety by trying to prove to them that the end of the world is imminent. I linked to the article in USA Today and what it and the linked Union of Concerned Scientists report says is that coastal communities will be at greater risk of flooding, not that they will be underwater, by 2060. The underwater part may happen in the 22nd Century when we are all dead. So you are willing to stretch the truth to scare the crap out of those who are paying attention to you.
Then you tell those same people that you can help them therapeutically deal with this newly acquired anxiety. Are you doing this professionally? It sounds like a heckuva business plan.
