Oppenheimer, a Christopher Nolan film about "the father of the atomic bomb", is due out in July. Dr. Fenyman is played by Jack Quaid. There is a film from 1996 starring Mathew Broderick as Fenyman called Infinity, and it is about the physicist's love life.
