On May 18, 2020 Chicago had 18 murders. School was closed because of Covid I guess. That is twice as many as US troops killed in Afghanistan this year...in one day. The whole idea of school is that the things the kids learn are supposed to stick with them their whole lives. After school programs end when school does.
