Obviously more people are traveling because the places favored by tourists like Paris, and Angkor Wat, and Macchu Picchu are crowded, so the problem must be that they are the wrong kind of people. Do you see how they dress and behave?
"(Airline passengers) fight savagely with other passengers about reclining chairs, masks, politics, etc." Bullshit. Articles about that sort of thing happening pop up occaisionally because it is so rare. US airlines carried 674,000,00 passengers safely last year. I fly occaisionally, including last month, and I'm not seeing anything like what you are describing. It's amazing how smoothly it all runs, and the vast majority of passengers are accomodating and polite even if they are wearing sweatpants. Eliminate selling alcohol all over the airport and in the planes themselves and watch any behavioral problems disappear altogether.
