Obviously Africa should unite to avoid these hateful northerners, westerners, and whites, and find their own climate solutions. I bet that the People's Republic of China and Russia would love to help Africans to achieve the environmental goals they set, and they are both already in Africa in a big way. Since the COP27 is being held in a country also ruled by a dictator, and there are 21 other African states with that form of government which will steal every penny they recieve for AGW mitigation, they can be like one happy corrupt family.
