Matthew Rushin the young autistic man who was involved in a fatal accident, fled the scene of another accident and then INTENTIONALLY drove into oncoming traffic. Hit and run and crashing your car into another on purpose is a hell of a lot different than being in an accident no matter who was at fault. Rushin also never spent a day in prison because his sentence was commuted by the govenor.
