Let's go back to Belgium for a second, which always seems to be staggering toward devolution. The Flemish (Dutch speaking.) and Walloons (French speaking.) have been living in a country slightly larger than Maryland since 1830, and they still can't figure out how to get along with each other. But the USA is the country on its way to civil unrest? At least we generally speak the same language. Where is this "imagination" in Belgium to solve a problem that has been going on for almost 200 years? Did it all go into making good beer?
