I've traveled by train, bus, and airplane since the pandemic started and surely there was at least one conservative man among the other travelers, and I haven't see a meltdown over the mask wearing. Everyone just wore a mask until they were in the magical sanitary bubble that appears when you eat or drink something. That magic works the same way in bars and restaurants too. Or maybe the conservative men just skip using public conveyances because they don't want to wear a mask, gas up the F-250, and just drive maskless and defiant to church, or the gun range, or to grow your food and make your electricity.
