It's interesting that so many anarchists could organize and operate under the Czarist Okrana, or secret police, but they were totally crushed under the Bolshevik Cheka. If you are an anarchist, communism is actually worse than a monarchy. Monarchies are big on exiling people, but communists will absolutely get you in line or kill you.
