I couldn’t agree more. People’s freedom to create what they want is worth spilling blood over. Of course when that is the case, there will be Solarpunk and Cyberpunk and Steampunk and Hardcore punk and all kinds of different punk, as well as a whole host of non-punk ways to live because individuals will have the choice to create their own way of life. People will get together with like minded others, do their own thing, or just do as little as possible. Some people will have a high standard of living and others won’t due to their choices and other’s. So the future may be very similar to today in that people live quite differently depending on where they are, and who they are, and what they do. I guess it was like that in the past too.
