"Imagine a society based in taking care of our own."

That's how I try to roll. I was raised that way. My family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors can count on me if they need help, and I can count on most of them. On the other hand if any of those strangers out there need my help, they're probably going to have to pay me money to get it. If I do something for them I will expect something in return besides a thank you. I can't care enough about everyone in society enough to help them, because that's millions of people. Anyone who says they care about them all is full of shit. I think I can probably really care about a hundred people or so, not including celebrities or artists of some kind. If everyone cared about a hundred other people enough to help them things would be better in general.
