I'm older, and know many, many couples, where the woman is not some kind of servant to a man, but an equal partner as she has been for most of her life. Neither member of any of these couples has had plastic surgery incidentally. Madonna has never had a relationship like that. She was married to Sean Penn for a tumultuous 4 years, and Guy Ritchie for eight. She has had relationships with Denis Rodman, Vanilla Ice, David Blaine, Tupac, and as she has aged a string of pretty young non-entities. She is obviously always on the make for someone new.

I am also going to jump to the conclusion that most of Madonna's male fans are gay, and do not see her as some kind of sex slave, and she certainly knows that.
