I'm not really sure why the text exchange with the health care provider was included. It's not very complimentary to the author. It looks like he is fighting with the people he wants help from. Cancelling an appointment on the same day, after waiting months for it, means that someone else may have been denied that spot for treatment. When therapists and the VA are dealing with minor complaints from people who have a burr up their ass, it means they aren't treating other people.
