In case you are not aware, the same small group of people will do every task whether it's at the community garden, the church, a civic association, the animal shelter, a political campaign, or any other volunteer activity. It has nothing to do with race or gender as it's a human thing that one sees in all groups. Here's the deal with that. Those five women are deciding what's going to happen with the whole organization because they are doing all the work. If you are part of some organization and you are willing to let others do the work while you are seeking pleasure or money or whatever, you're going to have to accept whatever those five come up with. They're the leaders and you're a follower.
