I think there is a difference between anti-black and anti-Rastifarian. My understanding is that Rastafarians had their dreads cut off because they refused to work or use money. That's something of a big ol' FU to all of the Jamaicans that are productive and pay taxes. Also 70% of Jamaicans are Protestant Christians, and Rastafarianism flys in the face of that.
