I live in a very diverse part of the city of Pittsburgh, PA, and just through casual observation I would have to say that people of color are just as likely to be driving a giant honkin' gas guzzling SUV as white people. Any bold, comprehensive whatever that makes that type of transportation untenable will lump them in with everyone else that drives a Suburban, a Yukon, or an Escalade in having to walk, and that will be justice I guess.
