I just went on Amazon.com and there is plenty of Sriracha available in all sorts of different containers, even packets, from lots of suppliers. Next day delivery is available of course. I'm a chili head so I'll only eat Sriracha if it's the hottest thing available. I'm the same way with Tabasco Sauce, and there is no shortage of that, or the many, many other varieties of hot sauce because capitalism.
