I have an acquaintance that I run into periodically who is Chinese and living in the US with her children while her spouse attends grad school. She is working very hard on her English language skills, so she likes to chat with me to practice them, and I like to chat with her because she is a very cheerful person. We talk about all manner of things, especially US and Chinese culture, so the next time I see her I’ll have a new subject to bring up. Thanks!
