I have a sibling that is a published writer, and they have participated in IRL writing workshops as a student and as an instructor. If someone is attending such get-togethers it is either because they are serious enough about their writing that they are paying money to attend, or they are a good enough writer that they got a grant. That eliminates the vast majority of the half-assed people you will encounter online.

But to attend such training, you would have be able to listen to your writing criticized in person, and also come to realize that you don't know shit compared to some of the other writers in the group. That's where the learning comes in. I don't think that you are ready to move to that level though. You lack the humility, and the courage.
