I got a little confused by the title because I live around many Indians, and Pakistanis too. People from SW Asia are the largest immigrant group to my city. Most of them work in medicine or IT, after having attended one of our fine universities. They often bring their extended families here, and the older people tend to wear traditional clothing like the sari, but the younger folks dress just like everyone else, often in designer brands. They speak flawless English, and most have an advanced degree. There are many excellent Indian restaurants around, and when they say spicy they aren't kidding! I don't believe that these Indians suffer anything in the way of discrimination, and they usually seem to have plenty of money and nice cars.

They are also extremely brown.
