Hiroshima has remained a pathetic irradiated wasteland, vacant and awful beyond imagining, where pathetic mutated animals and what were once human beings scratch out a painful existence eating kelp and floaters, forgotten by the World.

Just kidding! Hiroshima is a super nice, clean, safe , prosperous modern city. They have over four times as many people as had lived there before the atomic bombing. Mazda is based there. Hiroshima had an incredible 16th Century classic castle that was an army headquarters when the bomb blast toppled it, as it was mostly made of pine. It was completely rebuilt by 1958 out of reinforced concrete, but it looks great and is now indestructable. Yes, people in Hiroshima rebuilt a castle less than 13 years after the atomic bomb hit.

Go Carps!

By the way, keep in mind that it didn't take the atomic bomb to make Impeial Japan surrender, it took TWO of them.
