That is absolutely not like any of celeberity cases you mentioned, except possibly Ted Kennedy fleeing the scene. The other example of regular drivers is a 13 year old. Again, Rushin appears to intentionally caused the accident, and he admitted as much. His disability is small comfort to the people crippled in the crash.
