Chris, I certainly don’t want to see a civil war in this country, and there won’t be one for the reason I stated in my original post. Also, think about the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013. It took them 3 days to identify 2 totally random people as the bombers. I bet they could cut that time down considerably now, as more cameras go up every day, hooked up to crazier software.
