Assumptions are all I had to go on since your article was light on detail about those things. You're the one bringing up the subject, and since your last job was in retail I'm guessing that you weren't trained in college or even a trade school for that particular line of work. Stack 'em high and let 'em fly, right? I've worked in retail and I absolutely detested it, but I have other marketable skills and am doing something more to my liking.
