"A very small % of the population is able to meet the traditional basic needs of society for food, housing, communication, clothing, and more." That's ridiculous, at least in the USA. If that was true Walmart and Target would have gone out of business long ago. One of the greatest health issues for the poor is obesity. What God forsaken hellhole do you live in where this is even remotely the case?
