A lot of the public schools in my city are not opening because they can't find enough people to work in them, so you may get your wish! The kids can collaborate with the other people playing on PS5.

That training you are talking about that schools provide is missing an essential element; Future employees holding their water until the appointed bathroom break. All of the things you mention are important to conduct just about any economic activity. Everyone doesn't need to be creative, they just need to bring me my cheeseburger. Usually if someone is expected to be creative, it's right in the job title. About 99% of the paid work out there requires no creativity whatsoever, and employees will have to be creative on their own time.

But we should absolutely rely on everyone that interacts with a child to teach them something, just as long as they have passed a government background check to make sure they're not a pedophile.
