There are many, many more varieties of cuisine, coffee, beer, wine, weed, and spirits available to the average person. The number of annual college graduates has more than doubled since 1986. If someone in 1986 owned fully programmed Protools on an iMac Pro, it would have been worth billions of dollars. Thanks to advances in technology we are all wealthier.
